关于清关流程：

先报检：

1、发货后收货人做好标签，每个品种彩色打印一式三份；

2、准备样张的中文翻译件，每个品种一式一份，彩色打印；

3、到货后提供贸易合同、装箱单、货运收据（复印件）和提运单（正副本）；

4、提供出口国官方出具的原产地证明、卫生证、植物检疫证书（原件）；

5、企业营业执照；

6、根据以上文件制作手填报关单；

7、录检，向检验*申报，打印出《入境货物报检单》；

8、整理单据，到口岸检疫现场报检，出《入境货物通关单》；

再报关：

1．  一般贸易：指我国境内有进出口经营权的企业单边进口或单边出口的贸易

2．  来料加工贸易：由外商提供全部或部分料件，必要时提供设备，由我方按对方要求进行加工装配，成品交对方销售，我方收取工缴费，对方提供的作价设备价款，我方用工缴费偿还。
